[REVIEW] Twilight Red Circle Lens

Hello!

Today I'm going to present a review about contact lenses (or some people called them circle lenses). This post is written in English because it relates to cosplay and I think I need to share this review to every cosplayer in the world.

The lenses I'm going to review today is Twilight Red. Yeah, those sparkly and beautiful vampire-ish red lenses <3 I use these lenses for my Irisviel von Einzbern cosplay.

Diameter: 15.0mm

Water Content: 38%

Base Curve: 8.6mm

Diameter: One year disposal

Look at those beautiful reds! Actually, Twilight has some more colors, such as green, blue, yellow, pink, grey, and purple. You can choose whichever color you want. The lenses have power range from 0.00 up to -10.00, and life span of one year. Hey, that's quite long! Local lenses I bought usually have up to six months only.

Now, let's go to the review~

COLOR: 5/5

The color is very vibrant! I have no complaint at all. This is exactly the color that I want. Even in a low light, the lenses color stands out. Buuuut due to the plainness of the lenses, they kinda look scary and very cartoon-ish sometimes. lol

DESIGN: 2/5

Well, the design is so-so, very plain. The lenses has a black ring on the outer corner and some kind of spikes (?) around it. I don't find anything fancy from from the design. Oh, right, it won't give a dolly look to you. Also, unlike EOS lenses, this Twilight does not have gradation.

ENLARGMENT: 3/5

The diameter of this lenses is actually below 15.00 mm, but it still give a slight enlargement to my eyes. I'm satisfied enough, so I give 3 points for the enlargement.

COMFORT: 3/5

I don't get irritation from wearing these lenses, so I assume this lenses is safe for you lol. One thing that makes me uncomfortable wearing the lenses is there are reds on my sight @_@ I guess the pupil hole of the lens is too small, but for some time, yes, I do see some reds. However, after a while, the reds are gone. Also, compared to another daily lenses, this Twilight is thicker. Some lenses may dry your eyes while this lenses don't really dry my eyes. I suggest you to bring some eyedrops, just in case.

If you want a bright lenses, then this Twilight is the answer. However, due to the very vibrant color, I don't recommend the lenses for everyday use, unless you really want to get everyone's attention. People may look at you weirdly.
